My Story

Growing up in a small town, it took me some time to find out that I could spread my wings beyond the boundaries of my then-current mindset and limiting beliefs.  For many years of my life, I carried around an internal prompting that there was something different for me than what I was striving for, but I wasn't clear on how to align my gifts and talents to serve others.

Even more, I wasn't sure of how to take action to get there. Through some personal inner work and professional development, as well as tuning into my intuition and confidence, I began to help other women who had felt similar to where I had been, saving them much more time and energy it had taken me to find my way. When we take the time to do the work within ourselves, ultimately, it allows us to rewrite any story we need to in our lives.

Physical/health stories.

Emotional stories.

Mindset stories.

Relationship stories.

Faith stories.

And even our midlife stories! You know, the ones we hear are supposed to be terrible because our best years are behind us?

No, the best years are right now and the ones in front of us, Friend. We were created to THRIVE through all of them.

I have often had to rewrite many of my paths. When you do that, even starting out small, leads to resilience and grit, something that only comes from doing the work.

As you know, higher level growth can occur from everything in life. It all comes down to how we move forward through the challenges. Some of my biggest growth areas have taken place through parenting, adoption, health, trauma, relationships, professional callings, and major life decisions.

My biggest transformations have been due to striving to serve others and ensure that I am aligned with the message and calling that has been placed within me.

Along the journey, I've learned that any story can be rewritten, and exciting new chapters can be created.  

There is nothing that cannot be redeemed!
